he doesn't recognize that a circumstance right in front of him is either a barrier to life improvement or an opportunity to live a better life

nothing changes.

Man #2 is...

... unaware blind spots exist

he decides that a circumstance right in front of him is a barrier to life improvement rather than an opportunity to live a better life

he chooses ignorance, believes life

is doing "it" TO him & considers himself a victim

nothing changes.

Man #3 is...

... aware blind spots exist

he decides that a circumstance right in front of him is an opportunity to live a better life rather than a barrier to life improvement

he chooses to embrace it, take action

to think, speak, act differently, believes life is doing "it" FOR him & is in charge of the direction in his life

he knows who he is & where he’s going.

Hi, I'm Drew Deraney, the proud father of three, and for most of my life I was concerned with what people thought of me and how I was supposed to act.

In a 9-month span a few years ago, I endured four faith-shaking life events that caused me to question my existence.

I was determined to find a better way to live. Through intense self-reflection and awareness, I realized that in order to be happy, I must adhere to my standards of honesty, integrity and truth and needed to break free from the belief system that was anchored in me for close to 50 years.

Now a self-discovery coach, my men's group and coaching provide a safe space for men to learn to tap into their natural power through self-discovery to lead their life, write their story and live the life they want to live.

Here is how it works

  • We meet on Zoom once per week for an interactive discussion of the topic of the week. Topics include

    • Fear is a liar

    • Is procrastination real?

    • Perfectionism - friend or enemy?

    • 8 things to give up

    • Energy takers vs. energy givers

    • People pleasing behaviors - confused for being nice

    • Things in our control vs. out of our control

    • Self-care can be ...

    • Changing your paradigm - are you willing and able?

    • The serenity prayer discussed

  • and many more

  • Choose one of three options: Mondays 10am ET, Tuesdays 8pm ET, Wednesdays 12:30pm ET. Simply pick the one that suits you best

  • Calls are not recorded so what happens in the room stays in the room
